  • Prefer training solo? Sweatshop’s open gym has you covered. Our spacious gym floor is a stand-alone training oasis stacked with tons of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment for every individual training style.

    Open Gym Access is included in all memberships

  • A sesh with Sweatshop’s recovery facilities is the perfect way to balance out a hard-hitting week in the gym. Add to your health and wellness routine with a session in our traditional sauna, ice bath, and compression boots.
